Dr. Barker brings over twenty years of experience as an educator, pastor, and administrator in both church and academic settings.
He currently serves as Dean of Academics Dean at Oak Valley College, where he implements his expertise with curriculum design, teaching, administration, staff development, and leadership training comes
He has served in senior leadership roles at Forest Home, one of the largest Christian camps in the nation, and at Immanuel Baptist Church, where he oversaw education, communication, and volunteer programs. Dr. Barker’s work has consistently focused on developing strong organizational culture, improving operational systems, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
