Student Life
What is life like after class?
Life on and off campus is filled with activities that support student engagement, fun, and personal development. Activities include student retreats in the local mountains, campus Spirit Weeks, devotional times, and much more. Many Oak Valley students describe the community like family…and you will too.
A day in the life…
A typical student’s day begins with off-campus work or internship assignments. Many students arrive on campus a little after noon. Some students play board games, basketball, catch up on homework, or just chat with other members of their cohort.
The first class of the day starts at 2:30 pm and continues until 4:00 pm. After first class, students may run to a local In-N-Out, Chick-fil-A, or Starbucks to grab a snack and drinks. Other students hang out on campus and prepare for their 4:30 pm class. After class, around 6:00 pm, students may join a study group or head for food or coffee.
