Professor Morris, a dynamic ministry leader and former senior pastor, brings decades of experience in discipleship, relational evangelism, and spiritual formation to his work in Christian higher education. He has taught Advanced Negotiations in the Business Department at Vanguard University, developed spiritual formation curriculum at Wheaton College, and led discussion-based evangelism initiatives at UC Santa Barbara with Campus Crusade for Christ.
As the founder and president of Flourish Ministries, he coaches pastors, couples, and ministry leaders locally and globally, equipping them in leadership, discipleship, and communication. Professor Morris has served in diverse roles—from senior pastor and area director to adjunct professor—always with a heart for equipping others and connecting people to Christ.
