President Blum has over 30+ years of administrative experience in higher education. Prior to founding Oak Valley College, President Blum served in management and leadership roles at UCLA, UC Riverside, and University of Redlands, primarily in business education functions.
In his role, President Blum is responsible for strategic decision-making and day-to-day executive and financial leadership. He serves on the Finance and Executive Committees of the Board of Trustees and supervises the senior leaders of the College.
