Housing

While Oak Valley does not offer a formal residential life program, housing is available in the local area at a reasonable cost to students. In some cases, students choose to live in a local college or university community (e.g. UC Riverside or Cal State Fullerton). For students in these communities, they gain a more traditional university of college off-campus experience by sharing an apartment with other students and being a part of a local college community. When coupled with a part-time job and Oak Valley’s low cost of attendance, students may be able to afford housing, food, and other expenses.

From time-to-time, Oak Valley also has rooms to rent with local families at very affordable rates. Start by completing your application for admission and discuss your housing needs with your Admissions Counselor. You may start the application process by clicking on the button below.
