Bylaws
Oak Valley College is a 501(c)(3) private nonprofit College actively governed by its Bylaws and led by a Board of Trustees, who are independently nominated and approved to serve as the fiduciary for the College. The Board annually reviews its Bylaws. Updates and revisions are reviewed and approved by the Board and are reflected in the Board Minutes when such revisions take place. The Bylaws are below.
