Gary A. Miller
Gary A. Miller, Ph.D., has recently retired after 42 years in higher education. He has served in a variety of public and private universities in Michigan, Nebraska, California, and Southeast Asia. Miller has held positions of leadership as a professor, department chair, dean, Vice Provost, Provost/Senior Vice President, and Executive Vice Chancellor/President. He spent more than 10 years as the Provost/Senior Vice President at Biola University. Dr. Miller has served on the Board of Trustees for Oak Valley College since 2014.
