Jeff Collier

Jeff Collier, MPA, CSU Fullerton, BS, Cal Poly Pomona. Mr. Collier is retired having served as city manager of several Southern California cities over his lengthy public service career. He serves on the Advancement Committee. His second term expires the end of 2028.
