Billing and Payments

The following outlines billing and payments. You can find more information in the college Catalog.

Billing and Payments

You are billed the month before the semester (August 1 for fall semester, December 1 for spring semester, and April 1 for summer semester). You are responsible to keep your payments current. Your billing and due dates are found in the student information system, Populi.

By default, you will be placed on a monthly payment plan and charged a convenience fee. Alternatively, if you pay your tuition in full on or before the first week of the semester, you will be removed from the monthly payment plan and the convenience fee will be waived.

When on the monthly payment plan, you are required to sign up for automated payments and maintain a valid online payment method (credit card or ACH payment authorization). You may set the date on which the payment will be charged (e.g. the 15th of every month). If you fail to make your payments on time, you may be disenrolled or prevented from enrolling in the subsequent semester.

Additional Charges and Late Fees

Credit card payments incur a 3% convenience fee per transaction. ACH payments do not incur a fee. An additional $50 per semester charge is applied to your account if you choose the monthly payment plan. To avoid the $50 charge, pay your balance due in its entirety by the due date each semester.

You are responsible for making your payments on time. You are provided with a one-month grace period on all billings.

If you fall more than one month behind on your payments, you will be charged a $30 per month late fee until your payments are brought up to date. Past-due accounts may not receive final grades, final transcripts, or a diploma until the balance is paid in full. If you fall more than 120 days behind on your payments, you may be administratively withdrawn from the program.
